You work with the founders, not around them
Real product and architecture decisions, made with the San Francisco team directly. No product manager in between — at three people, there should not be one.
AI tools are expected, not banned
We ship on a modern AI-native stack, Claude Code included. We care whether you can tell when the output is wrong.
What you built beats where you studied
IISc, the IITs, IIITs, VIT, a state college, or no college. We read the projects and the code, in that order.
